DELIVERY INFORMATION

Current offer £1.99 for all UK deliveries up to 2kg, larger orders calculated at checkout.

UK Delivery

All UK deliveries will be charged at Royal Mail 2nd Class rates which will vary depending on the size and weight of your order.  Deliveries will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class (3 – 5 working days) unless we inform you otherwise. Orders over £12.50 will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded or Royal Mail Tracked 48.  Larger deliveries over 2kg may be sent by another carrier, for example DPD.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order with 24 hours from receipt of payment but please allow 1 – 3 working days processing time. During busy periods, the processing time of your order may be extended.

Overseas Delivery

All oversea deliveries will be dispatched using Royal Mail standard international post or an alternative carrier of our choice dependant on the order and destination.  You will be responsible for the costs.

We are currently only shipping to (most) EU countries. We are not currently shipping to World Zones 1 and 2 (Royal Main Zones).

If you wish to make an order for delivery overseas and delivery it not available, please email us at shop@mmslondon.co.uk. We’ll do what we can to help.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that we have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. If orders are returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees/taxes please note that shipping and any other fees incurred will not be refunded.

If we are unable to deliver to a particular country we will let you know and reimburse any payment you have made.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We are happy to exchange or refund unwanted items on presentation of a valid receipt provided that the items are returned within 14 days, unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If you wish to return any items, please email us at shop@mmslondon.co.uk and post the unwanted items to MyMagShop, 35 High Road, Waterford, Hertfordshire, England, SG14 2PR.

We recommend that you post the unwanted items by registered post because you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the items until we have received them. If the unwanted items are unused, in perfect condition, and can be resold, we will process a refund (unless you have requested an exchange). The refund will exclude postage costs and any promotional discount that was applied to your original order, and any postage costs that you have incurred in returning the items to us. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5 – 10 working days from the date we receive the returned items.

We carry out the highest standards when handling your order for delivery but should any item be not of satisfactory quality when you receive it, please contact shop@mmslondon.co.uk immediately, quoting your order number, the problem with your order and how you would like us to resolve it.
